Grub Club started with two mates who'd spent years working in Queenstown hospitality. Like most hospo workers, we'd talked for years about opening our own place. One day we decided to stop talking about it and buy a food truck.
With more and more food trucks appearing around town, we wanted to do something a bit different. We settled on fresh, handmade flatbreads because they weren't something you saw much of, and they gave us a chance to build a menu around big flavours and quality ingredients.
Everything we serve is made the way we'd want to eat it ourselves, fresh, generous, and packed with flavour. We take inspiration from different cuisines, cooking styles, and ingredients from around the world, while making the most of what we can source locally.
Queenstown has been home for a long time, and Grub Club is our small way of contributing to the community that's supported us over the years. Whether you're a local popping in for lunch, grabbing dinner after work, or visiting from out of town, we're stoked to have you.
We're still learning as we go, still tweaking recipes, and still finding ways to make the truck better every day. At the end of the day, we're just two mates who love good food and wanted to create something of our own.
Cheers!
